For 4 people

  • Flour: ½ cup (63 g)
  • Lukewarm water: ½ cup
  • Yeast: 1 teaspoon (3 g)
  • Milk: ½ cup
  • Sugar: 1 tablespoon (12 g)


Melt the sugar and the yeast in the lukewarm water.

Mix the flour with the milk and the water in the Moulinex Masterchef Gourmet stainless steel bowl. Add the sugar and the yeast. Mix the ingredients well until combined.

Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and leave aside for 45 minutes.

Pour the batter into the skillet and cook until golden on one side.

Fill the Qatayef with the stuffing of your choice then fry on low heat and serve with sugar syrup.
