Ghraybeh cookies


For 8 people

  • Powdered cardamom: ½ teaspoon
  • Butter: 1 cup (226 g)
  • Powdered sugar: 1 cup (200 g)
  • Flour: 2 cups (250 g)
  • Split almonds: 12


Preheat oven to 150°C.

Beat the butter and the sugar in the Moulinex Masterchef Gourmet stainless steel bowl until the mixture is smooth.

Add the flour and the powdered cardamom then mix well. Shape the dough into small-sized balls.

Arrange the cookies on a baking tray and place an almond in the center of each cookie.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, until the edges are golden, making sure to preserve the white color of the cookie.
