For 8 people
- Flour: 500 g
- Warm water: 280 ml
- Fresh baker’s yeast: 20 g
- Butter: 50 g
- Vegetable oil: 250 ml
- Salt: ½ teaspoon
Put the flour, baker’s yeast and salt in the stainless steel bowl.
Fit the bowl, the kneader and the lid.
Start the appliance on speed 1 and gradually add warm water to get a smooth dough.
Knead for 5 minutes.Coat the ball of dough with a little oil, cover with a cloth and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
Take small portions of dough and form orange-sized balls.
For each ball, roll out the dough finely on a greased work surface until it forms a large circle.
Divide the circle visually into three parts.
Fold the first third over the second and the third on the other two.
Repeat in the other direction and you will get a square msemmen.
Repeat with the remaining balls.
Heat a greased frying pan over high heat, place the msemmens and cook on both sides.
These flaky pancakes can be served alone or with honey and butter.
