Chocolate cheesecake


For 6 people

  • To prepare the crust:
  • Finely crushed biscuits - 185 g
  • Room temperature butter - 110 g
  • White sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Melted dark chocolate - 38 g
  • To prepare the filling:
  • White sugar - 20 g
  • Brown sugar - 80 g
  • Melted dark chocolate - 225 g
  • Cream cheese - 450 g
  • Milk - 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • To decorate:
  • Whipped cream
  • Strawberries


To prepare the crust: mix the crushed biscuits with the butter, sugar and melted chocolate in the Masterchef Gourmet stainless steel bowl on medium speed using the beater until evenly moistened.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 25 cm springform pan and set aside.

To prepare the filling: in the Masterchef Gourmet stainless steel bowl, beat the cream cheese with the sugar, milk and vanilla extract on high speed for 2 minutes using the beater.

Add the melted chocolate and beat for 2 additional minutes.

Spread the filling on top of the crust and refrigerate for an hour or more.

Decorate with whipped cream and strawberries before serving.
