Apple pie recipe


For 8 people

  • ‎1 ready-made crust
  • To prepare the filling:‎
  • ‎1 egg‎
  • ‎1 cup sugar‎
  • ‎1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • ‎1 cup heavy cream‎
  • ‎1 cup small-curd cottage cheese
  • ‎3 peeled, cored and thinly sliced apples
  • ‎1 tbsp ground cinnamon‎
  • ‎1 tsp vanilla extract‎


Fit the pie crust gently in a pie dish. Preheat the oven to 180⁰C.‎

In your kitchen machine, combine cottage cheese, egg, flour, sugar, heavy cream and vanilla ‎extract. Mix until combined.‎

Layer the cottage cheese mixture on the pie crust.‎

Top with apple slices circling the center of the pie and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.‎

Bake the pie for 45 minutes or until wooden skewer inserted comes out clean.‎

Serve immediately or chill and serve alongside coffee.‎
