Meat samosa potato
For 5 people
- Sunflower oil: 1 tablespoon (10 g)
- Small onion: ½ onion (30 g)
- Minced garlic: 3 cloves (5 g)
- Ginger: 1 (50 g)
- Sweet red pepper: 1
- Curry: 2 tablespoons (2 g)
- Veal: 75 g
- Mashed potato: 1
- Fresh coriander: 4 tablespoons (4 g)
- Ready-made dough: 2
- Beaten egg: 1 (50 g)
- Salt: to taste
- Black pepper: to taste
Grind the meat in the Moulinex Masterchef Gourmet mincer head.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the onion, garlic, 1 teaspoon of ginger, red pepper and meat.
Sauté the ingredients on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes then add the curry and cook for 5 more minutes or until the meat is done.
Remove the meat from heat and place in a large boil. Add the mashed potato and fresh coriander.
Mix the ingredients well and season with salt and pepper.
Place ready-made dough on a dry and clean surface and cut into 8 cm diameter round pieces.
Put 1 tablespoon of the meat mixture in the center of each piece and brush the edges with the beaten egg.
Fold the dough to cover the filling, then press the edges and decorate using a fork.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry for 3 minutes until golden and doubled in size.
Drain the samosas, decorate with coriander leaves and serve with ketchup.
