For 5 people

  • Beef or lamb: 500 g
  • Chopped onions: 2
  • Sprig of chopped coriander: 1
  • Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin: 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika: 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper: ½ teaspoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil: 15 ml


With the mincer head fitted with the small-hole screen, mince the meat on speed 4.

Put the minced meat and all the other ingredients in the stainless steel bowl fitted with the mixer.

Blend for 30 sec on speed 1 and 1 min 30 sec on speed 2 until you get a smooth paste.

Place in the fridge for 2 hours.

Divide the preparation into 20 equal portions, and form small elongated balls.

Place the balls on a grill or on a baking sheet and cook for 10 to 15 minutes at 200°C, making sure you turn the balls halfway through.
