For 5 people
- Garlic: 10 cloves
- Vegetable oil: 200 ml
- Egg white: 1
- Salt: 1 pinch
Peel the garlic cloves and put them in the blender jug. Add 100 ml oil.
Run the appliance on speed 2 until the garlic is blended.
Add the remaining oil to the mixer bowl and run the appliance for another 30 seconds. Set aside.
Put the egg white and salt in the stainless steel bowl.
Fit the balloon whisk and the lid, and run the appliance on speed 5 for 1 min 30 sec.
Gradually, add the oil set aside so that the mixture thickens like mayonnaise.
Serve cold. This sauce goes well with grilled meat.
