Mexican sauce


For 4 people

  • Large avocado: 1
  • Lemon zest: 1 teaspoon (5 g)
  • Lemon juice: 2
  • Chili pepper: 1
  • Green onions: 1
  • Fresh tomato: 1


Choose a large ripe avocado and cut in half lengthwise. Rotate the two halves apart and remove the seed using a knife.

Peel the avocado and slice it into wedges. Make sure to cut, peel and pit the avocado at the last moment in order to prevent discoloration.

Put the avocado slices in the Moulinex Masterchef Gourmet stainless steel bowl and add the chili pepper, chopped onions and 1 teaspoon of lemon zest.

Pour the lemon juice and mix until the sauce is soft and creamy.

Add the tomato pulp to make the sauce thinner.
