Braided biscuits

  • Flour: 170 g
  • Butter: 60 g
  • Mozzarella Cheese: 60 g
  • Egg
  • Powdered milk: 1 tablespoon
  • Chili powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: to taste
  • Sesame seeds: 1 teaspoon


Shred the mozzarella cheese using the Moulinex Masterchef Gourmet shredder.

Put the flour in the Masterchef stainless steel bowl with a pinch of salt, the cheese and the cold butter.

Add the egg white, gently beaten, to the previous ingredients and beat until you get a dough ball.

Place the dough on a floured work surface then divide it into circles and roll it into finger-like shapes, about 2 cm thick and 15 cm long.

Wedge the three ends of 3 pieces together and braid them.

Sprinkle half the braids with chili powder and the other half with sesame seeds.

Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for about 15 minutes. Leave to cool completely before serving.
