‎‎‎‎‎‎Why buy ice cream when you can make it at home?!‎

Nothing says refreshment such as ice cream, especially on hot summer days. Yet when you ‎prepare it at home and with few ingredients, it tastes a thousand times better than manufactured ‎ones! All you need is your blender and your favorite flavors!‎

‎‎5-ingredient mango sorbet

If you’re lactose intolerant, you will love this recipe! Blend 5 cups of diced mango and 4 tbsp ‎of water on high speed until smooth. Add ¾ cups of sugar, 1 tsp of lemon juice and ¼ tsp of ‎salt. Blend again on high speed until combined. Refrigerate 3 hours at least then freeze for 4 ‎hours. Serve with extra slices of mango and enjoy! You can also try the Berry sorbet ice ‎cream using only 2 ingredients that are both fruity and lactose-free!‎

‎‎4-ingredient vanilla ice cream

This formula is as easy as it is delicious. Pour 1 ½ cups of milk into ice-cube trays and freeze ‎until firm, about 2 hours. In Ultrablend +  high speed blender, pour ¼ cup of milk then add 1 tbsp of ‎vanilla extract and 6 tbsp of powdered sugar. Blend the whole on high speed until combined. ‎Add milk ice cubes and using the ice crush function blend again to get the desired texture. ‎Serve immediately or pop in the freezer for some additional time until serving time.

‎‎‎3-ingredient strawberry ice cream

If you’re craving strawberry ice cream this is the perfect recipe for you! And if you own a ‎high-speed blender, it will make the job a lot easier. Place a cup of ice in your blender and ‎crush using the ice crush function. Then, add 1 cup of strawberries, ¼ cup of milk, 1 tsp of ‎vanilla extract and 4 tbsp of sugar. Blend until smooth then freeze for 3 hours until firm. ‎Serve with sliced strawberries and enjoy the refreshment!
