Grilled kebab with vegetables


For 4 people

  • Lean beef - 500 g
  • Halved onions - 2
  • Sliced red bell pepper - 1
  • Beaten egg - 1
  • Fresh mint leaves - ½ cup
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Black pepper - ½ teaspoon
  • Paprika - ¼ teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - ½ teaspoon
  • Red hot chili pepper - ½ teaspoon
  • Halved small onions - 4
  • Small tomatoes - 8
  • Diced green bell peppers - 2


Mince the meat in the Moulinex HV6 Mince & Chop using the medium grid then put in a bowl.

Turn over the meat mincer and place the chopper. Thinly chop the onion and squeeze out its juice with your hands. Add the chopped onion to the meat.

Repeat with the red bell pepper.

Chop the mint leaves using the chopper and add to the meat.

Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder and red hot chili pepper.

Add the beaten egg and mix the ingredients with your hands until combined.

Shape the meat into kebab fingers. Thread the kebab onto wooden skewers.

Thread the vegetables onto wooden skewers as well.

Place the skewers in a baking pan covered with foil paper.

Put the baking pan in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes turning the skewers constantly.

Serve hot with hummus and Arabic bread.
