Beef and cheddar potatoes


For 4 people

  • 4 beef steaks of 130 g
  • 800 g potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 150 ml single cream
  • 120 g grated cheddar (or other cheese that melts)
  • Salt, pepper
  • 2 tbsps vegetable oil
  • 70 ml water


Pour the olive oil in. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.

Brown the steaks and cook to the desired cooking point. Remove.

Add the potatoes, water, cream, salt, pepper.

Pressure Cooking time : 8 minutes

Add the cheese. Put the steaks on top. Reheat for 5 minutes.
