Spaghetti with fresh tomato sauce

This recipe is as quick and easy to make as it is delicious. In your high-speed blender, ‎combine 3 large tomatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, 3 tbsp of coarsely chopped basil leaves and 3 ‎tbsp of olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper. Blend until smooth then pour into a large ‎bowl. Cook 500g of spaghetti al dente in boiling water then drain and transfer to the tomato ‎sauce bowl and mix until the pasta is completely covered with sauce. Garnish with basil ‎leaves and serve!‎

Penne with vegetables and béchamel sauce

This recipe is the ultimate comfort food, especially on winter nights. Cook 500g of penne ‎pasta al dente then drain well. In Ultrablend +, blend 2 cups of milk with 2 cups of flour. ‎Sauté 1 chopped onion in 2 tbsp of butter over low heat until translucent. Slowly add the ‎flour mixture and whisk as you go to avoid lumps. When all of the flour mixture is poured, ‎add 1 stock cube and keep whisking until thick. Season to taste with salt and pepper. In a ‎baking pan, place the pasta with some chopped marrows and cherry tomatoes then pour the ‎béchamel sauce. Bake for 20 minutes until cooked through. You can sprinkle with grated ‎cheese for the last 5 minutes then serve.‎

Curried pasta salad

It takes less than 25 minutes to prepare this mouthwatering recipe! Cook 500g of pasta for 8 ‎minutes in boiling salted water then drain well. In the blender, blend ½ cup of mayonnaise, 8 ‎tsp of curry powder, 300g of yogurt and juice of 1 lemon until smooth. Combine the ‎mayonnaise sauce, pasta, 1 tsp of chopped coriander, 1 diced cucumber and 2 celery sticks. ‎Season to taste and toss the whole until the ingredients are well incorporated. Bon appetit!‎
