Potato pancakes recipe

Ingredients

For 4 people

  • ‎4 cups mashed potatoes‎
  • ‎4 eggs‎
  • ‎2 garlic cloves‎
  • ‎½ cup flour‎
  • ‎2 tsp salt‎
  • ‎2 tsp black pepper‎
  • ‎¼ cup chopped onion‎
  • ‎¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese‎
  • ‎2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ‎¼ cup sour cream‎

Instructions

In Ultrablend +, combine mashed potatoes, eggs, garlic cloves, flour, onions and parmesan ‎cheese.‎

Season with salt and black pepper. Blend on high speed until you get a creamy smooth ‎consistency.‎

Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan. Pour in ¼ cup of the pancakes batter and brown on both ‎sides.‎

Serve hot with sour cream.‎
