Marinara Pasta Sauce Recipe


For 3 people

  • ‎500 g minced meat‎
  • ‎1 medium-sized finely chopped onion
  • ‎2 tbsp vegetable oil‎
  • ‎400 g peeled tomatoes‎
  • ‎1 peeled carrot
  • ‎3 cloves garlic‎
  • ‎2 tbsp tomato paste‎
  • ‎1 tsp oregano‎
  • ‎1 cup meat stock‎
  • ‎½ tsp black pepper‎
  • ‎1 tsp salt‎


Heat oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté onions until browned.‎

Add meat and season with salt and black pepper. Mix ingredients from time to time ‎until the meat turns brown from all sides.‎

Combine in ULTRABLEND + the meat stock, tomatoes, garlic, carrot, tomato paste and ‎oregano. Blend using the “pulse” function until you get a smooth mixture.‎

Pour mixture over the meat and leave over low heat until liquids thicken a bit.‎

Serve immediately with pasta. ‎
