  • 200 g Flour
  • 100 ml Water
  • 10 g Salt
  • 200 g Ground beef
  • 125 g Onion, diced
  • 1 g Black pepper powder
  • 2 g Cumin powder
  • 3 piece Cardamom (whole)
  • 1 g Cumin seeds
  • 20 ml Olive oil


Prepare the ingredients.

Mix the flour, water, and half of the salt. Let the dough rest for 2 hours. Dice the onion and add to them the meat, remaining salt, cumin, olive oil, and pepper.

Roll out the pastry in a thin layer. Cut it into circles of 8 cm. Fill them with meat and fold the pastry.

Brush the Cookeo strainer with oil & place the filled dumplings. Add 300 g of water into the container with the cardamum & cumin seeds.
