Mango ice cream


For 8 people

  • Peeled and diced mangoes - 2
  • Whipped cream - 1 cup
  • Coconut milk - 2 ½ cups
  • Sugar - ¾ cup
  • Salt - ¼ teaspoon
  • Gelatin - 2 sheets
  • To garnish:
  • Diced mango - 1
  • Almonds - 2 tablespoons
  • Whipped cream - To taste
  • Colored sprinkles


In a large bowl, soak the gelatin sheets into the coconut milk until soft.

Add the whipped cream, mango dices, sugar and salt. Mix until combined.

Pour the mixture in a pot and heat until the gelatin melts. Allow to cool.

Place the ingredients in the Moulinex Genuine blender and blend with the help of the mix stick until smooth.

Put the mango ice cream in the freezer for 6-9 hours until the mixture hardens.

Place the grinder in the Moulinex Genuine Blender and grind the almonds.

Garnish the mango ice cream with mango dices, ground almonds, whipped cream and colored sprinkles.
