How to make eggless crepes

  • ‎2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ‎2 1/3 cups milk
  • ‎¼ cup vegetable oil‎
  • ‎4 tbsp sugar
  • ‎½ tsp vanilla extract‎
  • ‎½ tsp salt‎
  • Butter for greasing the pan
  • ‎1 cup cream cheese
  • ‎2 cups sliced strawberries‎


In Ultrablend +, combine milk, vegetable oil, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until ‎combined.‎

Slowly add flour and blend ingredients until you end up with a smooth texture.‎

Grease a pan with butter then pour in around 1/3 cup of crepe batter.‎

Cook crepe until golden from both sides.‎

Repeat steps 3 and 4 until the quantities are finished.‎

When done, spread a spoonful of cream cheese on each crepe and add around 2 tbsp of ‎strawberry slices.‎

Serve immediately.‎
