Easy Potato Gratin Recipe
For 5 people
- 4 medium-sized finely sliced potatoes
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley for serving
- To prepare the sauce:
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken stock
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
To prepare the sauce, combine milk, heavy cream, stock and flour in ULTRABLEND +.
Season with salt, black pepper and cinnamon and then mix ingredients at speed 5 for 40 sec.
Arrange potato slices in an oven baking dish and top with the sauce.
Sprinkle the cheese on top of the sauce and place the baking dish in a preheated oven over medium heat until potatoes are cooked through and cheese is browned.
Remove from the oven, garnish with minced parsley and serve immediately.
