Easy Potato Gratin Recipe ‎


For 5 people

  • ‎4 medium-sized finely sliced potatoes
  • ‎½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ‎2 tbsp chopped parsley for serving
  • To prepare the sauce:‎
  • ‎3 tbsp flour‎
  • ‎1 ½ cups milk
  • ‎1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • ‎½ cup chicken stock‎
  • ‎½ tsp salt‎
  • ‎¼ tsp black pepper‎
  • ‎¼ tsp ground cinnamon‎


To prepare the sauce, combine milk, heavy cream, stock and flour in ‎ULTRABLEND +.‎

Season with salt, black pepper and cinnamon and then mix ingredients at speed ‎‎5 for 40 sec.‎

Arrange potato slices in an oven baking dish and top with the sauce.‎

Sprinkle the cheese on top of the sauce and place the baking dish in a ‎preheated oven over medium heat until potatoes are cooked through and ‎cheese is browned.‎

Remove from the oven, garnish with minced parsley and serve immediately.‎
