Easy No-Bake Cheesecake
For 8 people
- To prepare the base:
- 20 plain biscuits
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ cup melted butter
- To prepare the 2nd layer:
- 1 can (400g) condensed milk
- 1 can (170g) thick cream
- 200g cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 tsp gelatin powder dissolved in some water
- 1 squeeze lemon juice
- 300g canned berries or cherries filling
To prepare the base: in ULTRABLEND +, combine biscuits with walnuts, and use the “nuts” function until you get a smooth mixture.
Place mixture in a bowl and add the butter. Mix the ingredients until combined and spread in a baking tin. Refrigerate.
To prepare the 2nd layer: put in the blender condensed milk, thick cream, cream cheese, gelatin and lemon juice.
Blend at speed 5 for around 45 secs until the mixture becomes foamy.
Pour mixture over the biscuits layer then refrigerate again for 4 hours at least.
Spread the berries /cherries filling on top of the cheesecake directly before serving.
