Easy No-Bake Cheesecake


For 8 people

  • To prepare the base:‎
  • ‎20 plain biscuits‎
  • ‎½ cup walnuts‎
  • ‎½ cup melted butter‎
  • To prepare the 2nd layer:‎
  • ‎1 can (400g) condensed milk
  • ‎1 can (170g) thick cream
  • ‎200g cream cheese at room temperature
  • ‎1 tsp gelatin powder dissolved in some water
  • ‎1 squeeze lemon juice‎
  • ‎300g canned berries or cherries filling


To prepare the base: in ULTRABLEND +, combine biscuits with walnuts, and use the ‎‎“nuts” function until you get a smooth mixture.‎

Place mixture in a bowl and add the butter. Mix the ingredients until combined and ‎spread in a baking tin. Refrigerate.‎

To prepare the 2nd layer: put in the blender condensed milk, thick cream, cream ‎cheese, gelatin and lemon juice.‎

Blend at speed 5 for around 45 secs until the mixture becomes foamy.‎

Pour mixture over the biscuits layer then refrigerate again for 4 hours at least.‎

Spread the berries /cherries filling on top of the cheesecake directly before serving.‎
