Easy French Crepe Recipe


For 10 people

  • ‎2 eggs‎
  • ‎2 cups flour‎
  • ‎2 cups liquid milk‎
  • ‎1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ‎½ tsp sugar‎
  • ‎2 tsp baking powder‎
  • ‎2 tsp oil‎
  • ‎2 tbsp butter for greasing


In ULTRABLEND +, combine milk, eggs, flour, vanilla extract, sugar, baking powder and ‎oil.‎

Mix the ingredients on speed 4 until you get a smooth mixture.‎

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-heat and grease with some butter.‎

Pour ¼ cup of the crepe batter in the pan and spread evenly.‎

When the batter color starts to change, flip to the other side and cook until slightly ‎browned.‎

Serve the crepe immediately with chocolate spread or jam. ‎
