Delicious mushroom soup recipe


For 3 people

  • Sliced mushrooms - 200 g
  • Flour - 3 tablespoons
  • Thinly chopped onions - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons
  • Chicken stock - 2 cups
  • Heavy cream - 1 cup
  • White pepper - ¼ teaspoon
  • Black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • To garnish:
  • Thinly chopped parsley - 2 tablespoons
  • Sliced fresh mushrooms - 2


Melt the butter in a large pot on medium heat then fry the onion until soft.

Add in the garlic and mushrooms then stir for 4 minutes.

Stir in 2 tablespoons of flour and mix well.

Pour in the chicken broth and heat until it thickens while frequently stirring.

Stir the cream with the remaining flour in a bowl then add to the pot.

Season with salt, black and white peppers.

Keep the saucepan on low heat while stirring frequently.

Remove the chicken soup from heat. Transfer half of the soup to the Faciclic Glass Tripl’Ax blender from Moulinex.

Blend well until the mixture is smooth.

Repeat with the remaining soup.

Garnish the mushroom soup with chopped parsley and mushroom slices.

Serve hot.
