Never Throw Stale Bread Away Anymore!

When you have leftover stale baguette, there’s no need to throw it away. The best thing you can do is re-using it while preparing delicious and easy to make recipes to serve any time during the day

Crispy Pizza Crust

Instead of the usual pizza dough, you can crush stale bread and turn it into a consistent dough to serve you as a pizza base. In your food processor, mix stale bread chunks with enough water or milk to obtain a soaked yet firm dough. Spread in a baking pan and top with your usual pizza condiments before baking in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.

 

Creamy Bread Pudding

If you’re craving a quick and sweet dessert, then pudding is the recipe for you! Crumble stale bread in your food processor then spread in a baking dish. Warm up 1 cup of milk, 2 tbsp of butter, 1 tbsp of sugar, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Cool and add 1 beaten egg then whisk. Pour mixture over bread crumbs and bake for 45 minutes.

Seasoned Dried Breadcrumbs

Prepare delicious and easy to make seasoned breadcrumbs using nothing but your food processor. Combine stale bread with your favorite seasoning such as oregano, dried basil or sage and blend until you obtain the desired consistency of breadcrumbs. Use to coat fish, chicken or meat steaks.
