These 4 Complex Doughs can be Easily Made in a Food Processor!

Because it takes too much time and effort to prepare homemade dough, we tend to search for easier or ready-made alternatives. But why do that when a food processor can work faster than fingers? Discover 4 complex doughs you can make using your food processor’s kneading attachment.

Cinnamon Roll dough

No more overthinking about the time you’ll spend kneading cinnamon rolls dough. Combine 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour, 2 tsp instant yeast, 2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp butter. Pulse until combined then add cold 2 eggs and pulse few times. Gradually pour 1 cup milk in Double Force and process for 30 sec.

Pizza dough

Preparing pizza at home has never been so easy. Pulse 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 ½ tsp yeast and ¾ tsp salt in your food processor until combined.

Add ¾ cup hot water and 2 tsp olive oil and process for 1 min. Spread dough with a rolling pin 

and add your favorite topping. Freeze or bake for 15-20 minutes at 235⁰C.

Pasta dough

You won’t believe how easy it is to prepare homemade pasta! Pulse 500g of flour and ¾ tsp of salt in your food processor until combined. Add eggs and process for 30-60 seconds until a dough forms. Slice and shape pasta to your liking then store for further use or cook.

Baguette dough

Homemade French bread slices sound perfect over breakfast! Place 1 ¼ cups of warm water in your food processor then add 1 tsp sugar and 2 ½ tsp yeast. Let stand for 5 min then pulse for 5 sec. Add 1 cup of flour and pulse for 5 sec. Add an additional ½ cup of flour and process for 40 sec. Remove, rub with olive oil then allow to rise. Bake at 220⁰C for 15 min then reduce to 180⁰C and bake for additional 20 min.
