For 4 people
- Flour - 1 ½ cups
- Melted butter - 30 g
- Eggs - 2
- Baking powder - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Milk - 300 ml
- Butter for greasing the pan - 1 teaspoon
- For serving:
Whisk the eggs in the Masterchef gourmet stainless steel bowl using the whisk.
Mix the flour with baking powder and sugar in a bowl then add the dry ingredients to the beaten eggs.
Add the melted butter, milk and beat the ingredients until well combined.
Grease a pan and put on medium heat.
Pour the batter in the pan, using approximately ¼ cup for each pancake.
Leave to cook until it turns golden then flip the pancake and leave it for an additional minute.
Repeat with the rest of the batter.
Serve with honey and strawberries.
