Delicious sweet dumplings recipe
For 6 people
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup
- Corn starch - 2 tablespoons
- Yeast - ¾ teaspoon
- Sugar - A pinch
- Warm water - ¾ cup
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Vegetable oil to fry - As needed
- Ready-made sugar syrup - 1 cup
In a small bowl, mix the yeast with the water and a pinch of sugar.
In the Moulinex Masterchef Gourmet stainless steel bowl combine the flour, corn starch and salt.
Mix the ingredients using the beater then add the yeast mixture to get a smooth batter.
Put in a bowl and cover. Leave to rest for an hour.
Put the oil in a pot on medium heat.
Take some of the batter in your hand and squeeze out the excess of batter into a ball using a teaspoon coated with oil.
Drop the balls carefully in the oil and fry them while constantly flipping them from all sides until golden.
Remove the balls from the oil and allow to cool. Soak them in sugar syrup for 5 minutes before serving.
