Ashta pancake with honey
For 4 people
- All-purpose flour - 1 ¼ cups
- White sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Baking powder - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - ¼ teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Milk - 1 cup
- Water - ¼ cup
- Butter to grease the frying pan - 1 teaspoon
- Ready-made Ashta - 1 cup
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Sliced bananas - 2
- To garnish:
- Sliced strawberries - 5
Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl then transfer the ingredients to the Faciclic Glass Tripl’Ax blender from Moulinex.
Mix together the milk, oil and water then pour the mixture over the dry ingredients in the blender.
Blend until smooth and well combined.
Place the batter in a large bowl and heat a greased frying pan.
Pour the batter onto the frying pan, using ¼ scoop for each pancake.
Cook for 2 minutes until bottom is golden brown then flip to cook on the other side.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
Fill the pancakes with Ahsta and banana slices.
Drizzle honey on top and garnish with strawberries.
