Ingredients

For 6 people

  • Cooked chickpeas: 400 g
  • Lemon juice: 150 ml
  • Tahini (sesame paste): 6 tablespoons
  • Garlic: 4 cloves
  • Parsley: a few sprigs
  • Olive oil: 4 tablespoons
  • Water: 50 ml
  • Red chili powder: a few pinches
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cumin: ½ teaspoon
  • Paprika: ½ teaspoon

Instructions

Put half of the chickpeas and all the other ingredients (except parsley and spices) in the blender jug.

Mix for 10 seconds.

Then add the remaining chickpeas through the opening in the measuring cup and mix for another 30 seconds.

Garnish with parsley and the spices.
