For 4 people
- Pizza dough (see basic recipe): 1
- Tomatoes: 1 kg
- Yellow onion: 1 kg
- Garlic: 4 cloves
- Parsley: 3 sprigs
- Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
- Black olives: 50 g
- Oregano: ½ teaspoon
- Chicken fillet: 200 g
- Mozzarella, grated: 100 g
Prepare the pizza dough.
Peel and seed the tomatoes. Chop the onion, garlic and parsley.
In a frying pan, sauté the chopped onion, garlic and tomatoes in a little olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper and reduce for ½ hour.
Fit the blender jug and pour the preparation after it has cooled down a little.
Use the Pulse button for a few seconds and then run the appliance for 30 seconds at Max speed to blend the purée.
Cut the chicken fillets into small pieces.
Sauté in the frying pan with a trickle of oil until golden brown.
Grease a baking sheet. Roll out the pizza dough, place it on the sheet and brush it with olive oil.
Spread the tomato purée. Garnish the pizza with small pieces of chicken.
Add black olives. Sprinkle with oregano, grated mozzarella, and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for about 25 minutes at thermostat 8 (220°C).
