For 4 people

  • Dough:
  • Flour: 200 g
  • Salt: 5 g
  • Olive oil: 85 ml
  • Warm water: 200 ml
  • Filling:
  • Fresh spinach: 500 g
  • Onion: 1
  • Lemon juice: 1 lemon
  • Olive oil: 25 ml
  • Pine nuts: 15 g
  • Sumac: ½ teaspoon

Instructions

Start by preparing the dough. Place the flour and salt in the stainless steel bowl.

Add the olive oil. Fit the bowl, the kneader and the lid and run the appliance on speed 1.

Gradually pour warm water. Knead for 10 minutes until you get a smooth dough.

Wash the spinach several times and drain. Chop it finely.

In a salad bowl, mix the uncooked chopped spinach, the finely chopped onion and salt and set aside for half an hour.

Then mix the lemon juice, olive oil, sumac and pine nuts and add this mixture to the spinach.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll out the dough finely and cut out rounds with a bowl.

Place a tablespoon of spinach in the middle and with 3 fingers fold up the rounds tightly to form triangles.

Place the dumplings on a greased baking sheet, bake for about 20 min until golden brown.
